How to Control Hair Fall with Simple Diet Practices

Hair Fall Control is one of the major problems faced by our today’s young generation, there are many factors which are actually responsible for hair fall. There is one statics which says every alternate person on this earth is having hair related issues. Out of which major percentage of peoples are suffering with hair fall problems. It is not controllable by most of the people.

Normally if anybody start facing hair fall issue they try different shampoos, oils and lot more superficial activities. So, instead of getting condition under control it becomes rather worst. Hair fall and its growth is not only dependent on external condition but also it is majorly depends on internal condition of our body. Likewise it also depends on the food and its nutrition value which we intake on regular basis. So, through this blog post I have tried a way to control hair fall through our regular diet practices.

These food intakes will definitely solve your hair fall issues.

  1. Soybean

Soybean is considered as one of quality protein source from vegetarian source. So, it not only provides us ample amount of protein but it also helps in reducing DHT in our body. It also contains a good carbs which are very necessary to function our body. A recent studies also states that soybean may promote hair growth if it is part of our daily diets. On the other hand, it is having compound called spermidine which is abundant in nature, this compounds according to study prolongs the anagen phase.

2. Oats

Oats is a skin friendly food and it helps in reliving a dry and itchy condition of the scalp, It also act as natural moisturizer.

3. Spinach

Spinach is great vegetable source for promoting hair growth in our body. It contains lots of nutrients like Iron, folate, vitamin A, C.

Iron helps in strengthening hair roots so it will reduce the hair fall.

Vitamin A regulate oil secretion on our scalp which helps scalp in moisturize condition.

It does contain Vitamin C which helps in Iron absorption. So, including spinach in our regular food will definitely add the nutrients which are necessary for growing the hair which ultimately reduces the hair fall.

4. Carrot

Carrot contains many vitamins, minerals and especially rich in vitamin A source (beta – carotene), vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E. These vitamins and minerals circulate through the blood and this may lead to hair growth.

So, include carrot in your daily diet.

5. Black Raisins

Black Kismis or Black Raisins is a small but yet another great source of iron. Regular intake black raisins ends a thinning of hair. It also keeps up our blood free from toxins, eliminates free radicals from our body.

Regular intake of black raisins prevents premature of hairs. It also contains vitamin C which facilitates in absorption of mineral and vitamins. It keeps in restoring our natural hair of our body.

6. Flax seed

Flax Seeds are rich in vitamin E and it is having antioxidant property. This helps in avoiding hair fall and scalp damage, boost blood circulation.

It is also a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in promoting healthy hair growth. Flax seeds are also having anti inflammatory property which reduces various scalp conditions lie dandruff, itchy scalp. It also prevents in preventing hair splitting etc.

Regular intake of Flax seeds will not only improves scalp condition but also it keeps our heart healthy.

7. Walnut

Walnut is one the best food from nuts category, it is very hair friendly why because it contains ample amount of omega fatty 6 acids than any other food. It is also rich source of zinc, iron, B vitamin (B1, B6 and B9) with protein. It is also having a selenium which is not easily found in any other food. So adding  walnuts into your diet will supply omega fatty acids which are required for healthy hair.

8. Green Peas

Green Pea does not having any particular vitamin or mineral on large percentage. But it has well balanced vitamins and minerals like vitamin B group, Zinc and Iron which are very essential for maintaining healthy hair growth.

9. Eggs

Egg protein is considered as a lean protein source, it contains two major nutrients called protein and biotin.

Lack of protein in our body proved as a one of the major hairs fall reason. So we must have protein as per our body requirement.

Biotin is necessary for production of hair protein called Keratin

Eggs are also good source of zinc, selenium etc. All these nutrients are required for health hairs.

Raw eggs transparent matter which can be used for condition our hair. This also balances oil production on our scalp but also it provides protein which is required for hairs.

10. Amla

Amla is a rich source of vitamin C. Deficiency of vitamin makes condition of hair dry and brittle. Vitamin C synthesize collagen which is present into our body. This keeps our skin young, flexible and ultimately promotes healthy hair growth and regeneration.

So, we must include vitamin c into our body on regular basis. This also improves immunity power in our body.
